Either set your oracle environment variable with LD_LIBRARY_PATH or do the following:

For 11g:

NONE:host3:/ora01/ggfile>ln -s /opt/oracle/app/product/11.1.0/db_1/lib/libclntsh.so.11.1 libclntsh.so.11.1

NONE:host3:/ora01/ggfile>ln -s /opt/oracle/app/product/11.1.0/db_1/lib/libnnz11.so libnnz11.so
